ASHLAND, OH - The Ashland University Men continued their hot streak with a 78-69 victory over the Walsh Cavaliers on Thursday night at Kates Gym.

The Eagles led wire-to-wire as they built a 25-point lead at 50-25 going into the half thanks, in part, to their continued strong shooting from beyond the arc.

Boo Osbourne led the way for Ashland (16-8, 11-7) with 25 points, 4-of-5 shooting from 3-point range and 9-of-10 from the field. Adrian Cook added 15 points, 7 rebounds, and 3 assists while Drew Noble also reached double-figures with 12 points and 4 rebounds.

Overall, the Eagles shot 56% from three and 53% from the field while holding Walsh (15-10, 8-10) to 28% from three and 36% from the field.

The victory keeps the Eagles slim NCAA Tournament chances alive with two regular season games remaining while locking up a spot in the GLIAC Conference Tournament which begins on Feb. 28th.
